With much love, comes much hate.
And so it is with the Sandymoor Ravens.
According to a study of posts on Whatsapp through the preseason and the first six weeks of the MLL season, the Sandymoor Ravens are the “most-hated team” in the league.
MLL Media compiled data on more than 400,000 nibbles on Whatsapp with negative phrases such as “Ravens suck” and “Bin Juice” to reach their conclusion. Messages with stronger language were also included in the calculation.
The study broke down the percent of “hate” tweets per Postcode. The Ravens lead the league by dominating the “hate” in 14 of the 16 postcodes.

The two harvobowl Teams the 36ers and Mahomes alone made up the other two spots, although surprisingly not in their own postcodes. WA4, home to several franchises, naturally chose the ravens to come out on top. WA7 couldn’t vote for the ravens, but i’m sure they would have if they could.
Ravens GM was approached for comment but was too busy trying to figure out how maps worked to respond.
